Does Hypnosis Really Work Part 2 – Hell Yeah!!

Happy Sunday purples!

Oh my goodness!  I hope you have all had as wonderful a week as I have!  Why has my week been so wonderful?  All because of hypnosis!

If you didn’t read my blog last week, then I will give you a shortened version to catch you up.  Last weekend I attended a hypnosis course, because I thought that it could be another tool that I could use to help my clients and myself as well.  During the course I was personally hypnotised twice.  The first time the suggestion I was given was that I would have more energy and vitality and the second time I was hypnotised I was given the suggestion that I would be more productive.  I ended last week’s blog saying that time would tell whether it worked or not.

The verdict is…….a resounding YES it did!!  I have been bouncing off the walls all week!  I haven’t felt tired, no matter the amount of sleep I have had or how physically active I have been and I can tell you without a doubt that that is not how I feel normally.  I feel good most of the time, but I do get tired, especially towards the end of the week.  That has certainly not been the case this week.  Somebody actually called me an energiser bunny this week and I actually do feel like one!  I feel fricken amazing!!  What about the productivity?  Well I haven’t gotten everything done that I wanted to do this week, but I do know that I have achieved so much more this week than I usually do.  Instead of getting to the end of the day and moving most of my tasks to the next day because I didn’t get them all done, I am finding that I am doing things straight away a lot more and doing things faster to get through more of them.  At the end of the day I am working a bit longer to get what I really need to get finished rather than telling myself I am too tired and putting it off to the next day.  Perfect example is right now….it’s 7pm on a Sunday night….normally my wine time is 5pm Sunday afternoon, but I am not pouring my first glass until this is done!

So on that note, I say goodnight and have a great week everyone!  My wine is calling……..
